Leo Kaercher

Leo Kaercher is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience supporting USTRANSCOM across various roles. Currently serving as a Project Manager at OBXtek since June 2022 and a Senior Project Manager at Amyx, Inc. since April 2019, Leo also holds a position as an In-Transit Visibility Integration SME at Amyx Inc, providing strategic direction for AIT/ITV initiatives. Prior roles include contract support at SRA International and functional analysis at Lockheed Martin, contributing to defense portfolio management. Leo's career began in the United States Air Force, where Leo retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, serving as the first USAF Career Field Manager for Air Transportation. Leo holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
