Stefanie Azalya Rizal

Stefanie Azalya Rizal is a Human Resources Specialist currently employed at OCBC Indonesia since September 2024. Prior to this role, Stefanie held various positions at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia, including Senior Manager and Manager in Learning and Development from March 2020 to October 2024. Initial career stages involved responsibilities in Learning and Development at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from January 2016 to January 2018, freelance training starting in January 2014, and an internship focusing on training needs analysis and material design at Beyond Communication. An Assistant Lecturer for Experimental Psychology at Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya from February to June 2014 further expanded educational contributions. Stefanie earned a degree in Clinical Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia from 2011 to 2015 and completed social studies at SMA Kristen 5 BPK Penabur.
