Jairo Rhadames is a professional with experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor at Oxy, Jairo has previously held the position of Technical Recruiter at Riverway Business Services. Additionally, Jairo gained valuable experience as a Dean's Mayoral Summer Intern with the City of Houston.
