Sarah Kassis Izzat

Sarah Kassis Izzat is an experienced professional in the field of petroleum engineering and environmental management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Sustainable Solutions at Oxy since November 2016. In this role, Sarah is tasked with developing implementation plans for Oxy's net-zero strategy and managing sustainability metrics. Previous positions at Oxy include Development Manager roles focused on net-zero field integration and reservoir engineering advisement, highlighting a strong background in decarbonization and field development planning. Prior to Oxy, Sarah held various engineering roles at ConocoPhillips, where significant contributions included creation of probabilistic type curve forecasts and execution of field development plans in the Eagle Ford region. Sarah's early experience includes research internships and assistant roles at esteemed institutions such as the University of Oklahoma and NASA. Currently pursuing a Master of Environmental Management at Duke University, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
