Carole Goudreault

Carole Goudreault has over two decades of expertise in human resources, currently serving as Vice-Présidente exécutive at Groupe Océan / Ocean Group since March 2014, following a progression within the company from Directrice adjointe to Directrice Ressources Humaines and then Directrice principale in the HR department. Starting their career in human resources at Groupe Océan in May 2002, Carole Goudreault initially held roles including Coordonnatrice Formation & SST. Carole Goudreault holds a Baccalauréat in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval, completed between 1994 and 1997.
