Lise Lapointe

Lise Lapointe is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across several major companies. Currently serving as Directrice principale ressources humaines at Ocean / Océan since October 2020, Lise previously held the position of Directrice Ressources humaines at ELYSIS™ from September 2019 to November 2020, where Lise participated in the startup of a research and development center in Saguenay. Prior to that, Lise worked at Rio Tinto from January 2005 to March 2019, managing HR for large, unionized operations and playing key roles in strategic HR initiatives. Lise's career began at Alcan between 1995 and 2005, focusing on human resources management in unionized environments. Lise holds a Maîtrise in Relations de travail and a Baccalauréat in Relations Industrielles from Université Laval.
