Mike Franceschetti Jr

Mike Franceschetti Jr. is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries since October 2024, Mike previously held the same title at Stuffed Puffs® Filled Marshmallows from May 2022 to October 2024. Prior to that, Mike worked as Maintenance and Operations Manager at Martin Bauer Group and served as Maintenance Supervisor at Refresco. Mike's career began with a role as Construction Manager at Nestlé Waters and as a self-employed Construction Manager, alongside a position as Rehabilitation Aide at Desert Regional Medical Center. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Penn State University, completed between 1998 and 2003.
