Raphael Baroy

Raphael Baroy is an experienced mining engineer with a solid background in both surface and underground operations, currently serving as a Production Engineer at OceanaGold Corporation since October 2021. Previous roles include Underground Safety Engineer at Benguet Corporation and various engineering positions at OceanaGold, where responsibilities encompassed supervision of ore handling, tailings facility management, and coordination of maintenance operations. Raphael's experience also includes serving as a Rock Drilling Tools Technician at Sandvik and a Junior Mining Engineer at Hexat Mining Corporation, along with internship experience at OceanaGold and a trainee role at Lepanto Consolidated Mining. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Saint Louis University, completed in 2016.
