Helder Silva

Helder Silva is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Segundo oficial de náutica at OceanPact Serviços Marítimos since February 2020, after previously holding the position of PON at the same company from May 2018 to August 2019. Helder Silva graduated with a bachelor's degree in Official de Náutica from Escola de Formação de Oficias da Marinha Mercante, completing the program between 2015 and 2017.
