Kathrin Kirchler

Kathrin Kirchler is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communications at OCELL since May 2023, where responsibilities include developing and executing a strategy to position the company as a leader in nature-based climate projects. Previously, Kirchner worked at Personio from August 2019 to April 2023 as Senior Brand & Comms Manager and Senior PR Manager, focusing on establishing the company as a leading HR solution for SMEs in Europe. Additional experience includes a variety of roles at jameda GmbH, Ketchum Pleon GmbH, Pleon, and internships in marketing and public relations. Kathrin Kirchler holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Kommunikationswissenschaft from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, along with education from Venice International University.
