Tia McGraw

Tia McGraw is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in operations management within the plasma donation industry. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. since May 2019, Tia has held various leadership roles including Associate Regional Director and Center Director. Prior to this, Tia worked at Grifols from July 2014 to April 2019 in multiple capacities, such as Center Manager and Medical Operation Supervisor. Tia's career began in the US Army as a Licensed Practical Nurse from June 2006 to June 2010, followed by several positions in various locations until June 2014. Tia holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Seminole State College of Florida, completed in May 2022.
