Gina Fernando

Gina Fernando currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at OD Group since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gina held various positions at Concept and Design Hotel Group, including Area General Manager for both Ibiza and San Antonio, as well as Events and Quality Manager. Experience at The Yard Hotel Milano involved responsibilities as Head of Operations and Revenue, while earlier roles included Front Desk Officer and Guest Relation at UNA Hotels & Resorts, and a brief tenure as Stagiaire Receptionist at The Westin Palace in Milan. Educational qualifications include a degree from IPSAR Amerigo Vespucci in Hospitality Management, ongoing studies for a Master's in Tourism Management at Universitat de les Illes Balears, and completion of an International Certification in Coaching and Leadership from EFIC. Additionally, Gina is currently pursuing studies at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has participated in a program at IE University.
