Ruchira Lalwaney has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Old Dominion Electric Cooperative (ODEC) since March 2011. Previous roles include Independent Consultant positions at Bakery Crafts, Balanced Insight, and SunGard, where responsibilities encompassed developing ETL solutions and custom software.
