Saumita Das has extensive experience in leadership development and talent management, currently serving as Manager of Leadership Development and Enterprise Learning at Odessa. Formerly, Saumita held the position of Senior Business Partner - Talent & Change at Target and progressively advanced roles in Learning and Development at Akamai Technologies, including Lead Learning and Development, Learning Consultant, and Learning and Development Specialist II. Saumita's early career featured a role as Student Placement Coordinator at the Institute of Management Technology and an internship in market research at Greenlam Industries Ltd. Saumita holds a PGDM in Marketing and Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
