Jaime Ozores

Jaime Ozores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and leadership consultancy. Since February 2015, Jaime has served as Managing Partner for Odgers Berndtson in Spain, a global leader in talent acquisition. Concurrently, Jaime is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board at Rome Business School, which focuses on innovative management education. Previous roles include Associate Director at Norman Broadbent and co-founder of MundoEntrenador.com, specializing in sports technology. Jaime also held management positions in human resources and consultancy, including Deputy General Manager for a family-owned holding and Managing Director at Make a Team. Educational qualifications include a degree from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a postgraduate degree in Family Business Consultancy from Universidad Camilo José Cela.
