Klaus Hansen

Klaus Hansen has over 28 years of experience at Odgers Berndtson, currently serving as the Head Chair & Board Practice for Germany, leading executive search and assessment activities for Non-Executive Directors, Senior Advisors, and C-suite managers across various industries. Previously, Klaus held roles as Partner in the Energy & Utilities and Industrial Practice, focusing on senior leadership placements, and as Managing Partner for Germany, overseeing the operations of 14 continental European offices. Earlier professional experience includes a decade with the Bundeswehr, where Klaus attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and served as Commander of a Parachute Anti Tank Company. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Economics from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität and a High School Diploma from Internationale Deutsche Schule Brüssel.
