Marina Demeshko

Marina Demeshko is a Nuclear Safety Specialist at the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency since November 2018. Prior to this role, Marina served as Deputy Director of the Technical Support and International Cooperation Department at JSO "VO "Safety" from February 2017 to November 2018. In the Engineering & Construction Division of Rosatom, Marina held the position of Scientific Secretary and Head of the Conceptual Design Department between September 2015 and February 2017. Marina's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Engineering from Osaka University, where research focused on Reactor noise analysis using Data Mining techniques, and previous roles as a researcher at JINR, laboratory assistant positions at the Institute of Chemistry of Solids and the Institute of Physics of Metals, and a Master’s degree in Electronics and Automatics of Physical Installations from Ural State Technical University.
