Julia Carro

Julia Carro is currently engaged with the OECD in the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at NATO within the Public Diplomacy Division and Defence Policy and Planning from April 2022 to April 2023, and several positions at the OECD from January 2020 to March 2022, including contributions to the Public Affairs and Communications Directorate and the Centre on Well-being, Inclusion, Sustainability and Equal Opportunity (WISE). Earlier internships were completed at the Consejo Argentino para las Relaciones Internacionales (CARI) in 2018 and the World Leadership Alliance - Club de Madrid in 2017. Julia Carro holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Affairs from Yale University (2015-2019), along with two Master's degrees in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science and Sciences Po (2019-2021). Julia Carro completed secondary education at Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, earning a High School Diploma in 2014.
