Lara Fleischer

Lara Fleischer is an experienced professional in the fields of public policy and behavioral economics, currently serving as the Acting Head of Unit for Well-being Data Insights and Policy Practice at the OECD. Lara has held a position as a Lecturer in Behavioral Public Policy at Sciences Po and has worked as a Senior Associate at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. Additionally, Lara has contributed as a Consultant for the Oxford Poverty & Human Development Initiative at the University of Oxford and served as a Research Associate at Innovations for Poverty Action. Lara holds a Master of Philosophy in International Development from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Sciences from Jacobs University Bremen.
