Tomas Balco

Tomas Balco is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international taxation and transfer pricing, currently serving as a Senior Adviser in the BEPS Capacity Building Team at the OECD since September 2017. Balco has led key initiatives related to the finalization of Transfer Pricing Guidance and has been instrumental in dialogue with Brazil on transfer pricing matters. Prior to this role, Balco held significant positions in the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, where responsibilities included leading the International Tax Division and representing the Slovak Republic at various international forums.
