Vasant Sridhar

Vasant Sridhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, analytics, and operational excellence. As a Cofounder and Chief Strategy Officer at OfBusiness since November 2015, Vasant has contributed to the growth of an SME financing platform that enhances value for small and medium enterprises beyond mere financing. Prior roles at ITC Limited included Head of Business Excellence, where Vasant led a team in deploying analytics and process improvements across the Spices and Tobacco Business, and Assistant Manager positions focused on new business development and project management. Vasant also co-founded Bloodline Labs, a platform connecting patients with healthcare facilities, and has undertaken research at the National Chemical Laboratory and an internship at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. Academically, Vasant holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
