Xiyu Luan

Xiyu Luan is an experienced data analyst with a strong background in data management and analysis. Currently positioned at OfferUp since July 2019, Xiyu has developed custom solutions using Python and Zendesk API to enhance operational efficiency, managed ad-hoc tagging services for customer service, and conducted in-depth performance reviews through comprehensive data capture. Prior to OfferUp, Xiyu held a data analyst role at Google from November 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included creating SQL Server databases and generating critical monthly reports on revenue and operational issues. Xiyu holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
