Tyler Schulz

Tyler Schulz is an experienced professional in the field of environmental auditing and policy, currently serving as the Assistant Auditor General and Commissioner of the Environment at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario since April 2019. Previous roles include Acting Assistant Auditor General and Audit Director at the same office, as well as Deputy Commissioner, Director of Operations, and Senior Policy Advisor at the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario from November 2007 to March 2019. Early career experience includes a position as Project Coordinator at the Ecology Action Centre and Lab Technician at Dalhousie University. Tyler Schulz holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Zoology from the University of Guelph.
