David Simmons

David Simmons is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Law Clerk at PITT & FRANK from November 2020 to August 2021 and a Legislative Intern at McCarthy Strategic Solutions in early 2018. Additional experience encompasses a Teaching Assistant position at the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth in mid-2017 and an internship in Congressman Andy Barr's office from late 2016 to mid-2017. David also worked as a Resident Assistant at the Center for Talented Youth, Johns Hopkins University, in the summer of 2016. Education credentials include a Juris Doctor from the Louis D.
