Jeff Johns

Jeff Johns is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in building and scaling technology teams. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Office Timeline since April 2024, and as the Founder and Mentor at Today By Noon, LLC since January 2022, Jeff focuses on mentoring engineering and product leaders to enhance team dynamics and reduce technical debt. With a career that includes previous roles as VP of Engineering at Sawyer and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Formstack, Jeff has successfully transformed startups into mature companies and integrated multiple product acquisitions. Highlights of Jeff's career include co-founding Plain, where a low-code CMS platform was developed, and enhancing the engineering processes at Viddler, Inc. as Director of Engineering. Jeff began their professional journey at The Morning Call, where leadership skills were honed, and has a foundational education in technology and design from Lehigh Valley College.
