The Information Technology Team at Office1 is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to clients. This includes providing technical support through the Information Technology Helpdesk, servicing hardware remotely via the IT Helpdesk | Remote Services - MFP Hardware Service Technician, and designing and implementing network solutions by the Network Engineer II. The team works collaboratively to address existing problems and lay a solid foundation for clients' future technological success.
