Kami Chaldas

Kami Chaldas is a seasoned professional in human resources with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at OGC Global and Patco Brands since 2024 and 2023, respectively, Kami previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Microsoft from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Kami served in various HR roles, including Sr. People Operations Manager, People & Culture Manager, and HR Manager at RiskIQ from 2014 to 2021, a company specializing in attack surface management. Earlier career experience includes working as an Accountant at Medallia, Inc., from 2009 to 2014, with expertise in Customer Experience Management. Kami Chaldas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from San Jose State University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Lincoln University.
