Beth Dupont

Beth Dupont has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the Human Resources and EEO Officer at O&G Industries, Inc., Beth has previously held strategic roles including Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Human Resources and Hotel Operations at Club Quarters Hotels. Additionally, Beth was the Director of Organizational Services at the Connecticut Hospital Association, overseeing human resources, operations, and facilities management. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven.
