Thomaz Monteiro

Thomaz Monteiro currently serves as the Head of Client Development for Latin America at Ogier, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Thomaz held various positions at The Catalyst Group, including Director of Compliance, Legal & Governance, and Senior Associate Director for Client Experience & General Counsel, from August 2020 to September 2024. Previous experience includes roles such as Senior Client Relationship Manager at Maitland, Advogado at Leste with a focus on Credit and Real Estate operations, and legal positions at Intercorp Group and Triplo A. Thomaz began a legal career as an Advogado at Castro, Barros, Sobral, Gomes Advogados, and served as Supervisor of Operations at Anheuser-Busch InBev. Educational accomplishments include an alumni program in Finance from COPPEAD UFRJ, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Universidade Candido Mendes, and an undergraduate degree in Law from UERJ.
