Caitlin Fitch

Caitlin Fitch is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior People Director at Ogilvy since August 2022, Caitlin oversees HR for multiple sectors including Consulting and Media. Previously, Caitlin held the position of Senior Vice President on the People Team at BCW Global from March 2011 to August 2022, where responsibilities included performance management and employee relations in the New York office. Caitlin began a career in human resources at Morgan Stanley, progressing from Recruiting Coordinator to positions including HR Manager. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
