Madeline Nora

Madeline Nora is a seasoned professional in People Operations, currently serving as the Director of Global People Experience at Ogilvy since May 2023. Madeline's extensive experience includes a tenure at Edelman from September 2014 to April 2023, where roles progressed from Recruitment Coordinator to Vice President of People Operations. Prior to Edelman, Madeline worked as a Recruiter at Brooksource and completed an HR Internship at Aon. Madeline holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management and Economics from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, earned between 2009 and 2013.
