Chris Baer

Chris Baer has extensive experience in the soccer industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and President of Ohio Premier Soccer Club since June 2014. Prior to this role, Chris was the General Manager for National Premier Leagues at US Club Soccer from May 2003 to June 2014. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as a coach at Ohio Premier Eagles Soccer Club from January 2000 to June 2009 and held the position of Team Manager at Columbus Crew from January 1997 to November 1998. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from The Ohio State University, completed in 1995, and a degree in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained in 1993.
