Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at OIC of South Florida oversees the effective implementation and coordination of all training, education, and employment readiness programs. This includes developing curriculum, managing casework for individual participants, coordinating youth and family services, recruiting participants, and organizing events. The team ensures that programs are aligned with organizational goals and meet the needs of disadvantaged individuals, facilitating their journey toward responsible and productive lives.
