Mike Fischer

Mike Fischer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and natural resources sector. Currently serving as Executive Advisor and Executive VP at Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited since January 2018, Mike also holds the position of Non-Executive Vice Chairman at OKEA AS. Previous roles include Managing Director and CEO of Nido Petroleum Ltd. and various senior positions at Ophir-Energy. Mike's background is enriched with significant contributions at OMV, Woodside Energy, and British Petroleum. Academically, Mike completed a PhD in Geoscience at Cardiff University and a BSc in Geological Sciences at the University of Leeds, augmented by a GAICD qualification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
