William Sultemeier

William Sultemeier serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at OGE Energy Corp. since January 2017. In addition to this role, William is a member of the Board of Trustees for Oklahoma City Community College, Pivot - A Turning Point for Youth, and The Genesis Project - Oklahoma, all since 2022. Previously, William was a co-founder and Board Member of Epix Healthcare Associates Inc. from 2012 to 2021, where the company was successfully exited for $65 million. Additional experience includes chairing the Teach For America Oklahoma City Region Board from 2017 to 2021, and holding partner positions at Jones Day and Greenberg Traurig, LLP. William holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, a Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law, and a BS in Business Administration/International Marketing from Brigham Young University.
