Steve Lightner

Steve Lightner is an experienced professional in training and organizational development, currently serving as Manager of Training at Oklahoma Health Care Authority since November 2014. In this role, Steve prepares and develops various training materials while assessing employee training needs. Concurrently, Steve has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Oklahoma since August 2013, focusing on providing quality education to students. Previous positions include Instructional Systems Specialist at I.S. Technologies, where Steve developed instructional materials for the Federal Aviation Administration, and Safety Training Specialist at Complete Production Services, managing a team to deliver safety training programs. Steve's career also includes a decade at FedEx Office as District Trainer and Regional Technology Manager, where Steve implemented district-wide training initiatives. Steve holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from the University of Central Oklahoma.
