Jawauna Harding

Jawauna Harding serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Leadership & Professional Development at Oklahoma State University Athletics since August 2021, focusing on career readiness programming and overseeing initiatives for student-athletes and alumni. Prior to this role, Jawauna held multiple positions at Oklahoma State University, including Senior Career Coordinator, where responsibilities included leading the Career Services Consultant Team and serving as a liaison for special populations. Additional experience includes work as a PR Consultant and various communication roles, notably at Mercury Marine. Jawauna holds a BA in Journalism and Broadcasting with an emphasis in Public Relations from Oklahoma State University.
