Natàlia Pou Gascón

Natàlia Pou Gascón is an experienced Agile Manager currently at AILY LABS since July 2023, with a strong background in Agile coaching across various organizations. Prior to this, Natàlia served as an Agile Coach at Spotify, focusing on enhancing team dynamics and cross-tribe collaboration from September 2022 to February 2023. Natàlia’s experience also includes Agile coaching and managing remote engineering teams at Willa and coaching multiple engineering teams at Adevinta. From 2015 to 2018, Natàlia coordinated the Infrastructure Team at Schibsted Media Group, leading an internationally distributed engineering team. Early career roles include administrative coordination at Yahoo! Labs and support in HR at Fundació Barcelona Media, along with marketing positions at Hermes Editora General S.A.U. and Piaggio Group. Natàlia holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Universitat de Girona and a postgraduate diploma in Community Management and Social Media from Universitat de Barcelona.
