Paola Vides is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, management, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Customer Success Regional Manager and Head of OKY Loyalty & Rewards at OKY Yes, Tú Puedes since December 2021, Paola oversees digital platforms for customer and employee engagement solutions. As the CEO and Founder of Crezcamos Latinoamérica, a personal social impact project initiated in June 2020, Paola aims to guide Latin American professionals in crucial career decisions.
