George Grayson

George Grayson possesses extensive experience in programme funding and development, currently serving as Programme Funding Director at Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Prior roles include Head of Climate Crisis and Natural Resource Management and Programme Development and Assessment Manager at International Alert, where responsibilities spanned programme design, monitoring and evaluation across the Horn of Africa. Grayson has contributed to peacebuilding initiatives and developed strategic partnerships with donors and stakeholders. Additional experience includes working as a Programme Development Advisor at Saferworld, a Freelance Evaluation and Bid Writing Consultant, and a Policy Officer for the UK Higher Education International and Europe Unit.
