Natesh Ravichandran

Natesh Ravichandran is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ola since December 2024, Natesh previously held the position of Manager at Clix Capital from January 2024 to December 2024. Prior to that, Natesh worked at BYJU'S as an Associate Senior Manager and HRBP Team Lead for the South region from January 2021 to January 2024. Natesh began the career at Vedanta Limited - Sterlite Copper, progressing from Human Resources Officer to Assistant Manager from May 2018 to October 2019. Natesh holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from the same institution.
