Palesa Ntoagae

Palesa Ntoagae is a seasoned professional in human capital and facilities management with extensive experience across various prominent companies. Currently serving as the Executive Human Capital and Facilities Management at Old Mutual Insure, Palesa has also held significant roles at the JSE as Human Resources Director and at Standard Bank Group, where responsibilities included People and Culture Lead for the Southern Region and Head of Human Capital for Personal and Business Banking across Africa. Previous positions include Senior Consultant in the Human Capital Division at Deloitte and Talent Manager for IT and Operations at Standard Bank Group. Palesa Ntoagae holds an MBA Essentials in Business Administration and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2023, and earlier studied at GIBS Business School in 2016.
