Troy Kirbach

Troy Kirbach serves as the Director of Operational Excellence and Innovation, SVP, at Old National Bank, a position held since January 2018, and previously held the role of Director of Client Success/EPMO, SVP, at the same institution. Prior to Old National Bank, Troy Kirbach worked as a Management Consultant at The Lab Consulting from June 2015 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Quality Manager at Express Energy from September 2012 to May 2015, managing quality across various service lines while supervising a team focused on quality investigations, SOP development, CAPA processes, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and additional studies at Southern Illinois University.
