Cynthia Harris has extensive experience in health information management, particularly within cancer programs and medical record supervision. Beginning their career as a contract coder with the Hospital Association of New York State in 1983, Cynthia progressed through various roles, including inpatient coder positions at Buffalo Columbus Hospital and Buffalo Veteran's Administration Hospital. Significant responsibilities were held as Medical Record Director at Daybreak Alcoholism Treatment Facility and as Medical Record Supervisor at both Connecticut Children's Medical Center and Olean Medical Group. Since June 1994, Cynthia has served as the Cancer Program/Registry Coordinator at Olean General Hospital, where responsibilities include overseeing the cancer program, managing registry procedures, and ensuring compliance with state and national data submission. Cynthia holds an A.A.S. in Health Information/Medical Records Technology from Alfred State College and has pursued further education toward a BS in HIM Administration at Daemen University.
