Daniela Vecchio

Daniela Vecchio is an experienced clinical and research professional with a strong background in oncology and clinical development. Currently serving as the Director at Olema Oncology since January 2024, Daniela previously held senior roles at Erasca, Inc. and Nektar Therapeutics, contributing to clinical strategies, protocol development, and data analysis. With a PhD in Cellular Biology and Pathophysiology from Università di Siena, Daniela has extensive research experience, including postdoctoral fellowships focusing on photodynamic therapy and antimicrobial therapies at prestigious institutions such as Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Daniela has also worked in academic settings, including adjunct professor roles and research fellowships, emphasizing expertise in clinical study design, safety and efficacy assessments, and the development of training programs for clinical staff.
