Shira C. Boyar

Shira C. Boyar is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in the life sciences industry, currently serving at Olema Oncology since November 2024. As the owner of Strategic Consulting & Beyond (SCB) since October 2024, Shira has also held key recruitment roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Moderna. Prior to these positions, Shira worked as an On-Site Recruiter and Executive Recruiter at PharmaLogics Recruiting, specializing in delivering top talent. Additional roles include Interim District Administrator at UPS and various positions in sales and nonprofit internships. Shira holds a degree from Connecticut College and completed certificate programs in Project Management and HR & Recruitment from Cornell University.
