Yoong Chuen Tan

Yoong Chuen Tan is an experienced professional with a background in chemical engineering and a strong focus on process improvement and production management. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Oleon since May 2023, Yoong Chuen is responsible for data analysis and project identification for cross-functional teams. Previous roles include Production Manager at Kossan Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd, where oversight of the NBR glove dipping process and restructuring of reports contributed to efficiency gains. Additional experience includes positions such as Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Production Executive at Karex, as well as project management experience at Palm Oleo Sdn Bhd and IT solutions development during an internship at Accenture. Yoong Chuen Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia and completed the Monash University Foundation Year at Sunway University.
