John mc Ghee

John McGhee is a seasoned piping design professional with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as Lead Piping Designer at OLG since October 2020. Previous positions include Design Engineer at Portals De La Rue Ltd, Principal Piping Designer/Area Lead at Fluor, and Lead AutoCAD Designer at De La Rue. Notably, John contributed as Senior PDS Piping Designer for the Horizon Oil Sands Project in Alberta and the Burren Gas Field Project in the UK while at ENI E&P. John holds multiple qualifications, including City & Guilds in Structural and Thick Plate Craft Studies, along with ONC and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, acquired from Motherwell Technical College and Bell College of Technology.
