Dyllan Dial is a Senior Consultant at Oliver James since January 2023, previously holding roles as an Associate Consultant in Claims and Analyst, where the focus is on connecting talented individuals with organizations to foster mutual growth. Prior to this, Dyllan served as a Student Advocate at Austin Partners In Education from January to May 2022, managing a caseload of 40 students and providing mentorship and resources for academic success. Dyllan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Relations from Texas State University, earned in August 2022.
