Isha Jain

Isha Jain is a driven individual currently serving as an Incoming Real Estate Finance Intern at Capital Automotive Real Estate Services, Inc. and participating in the Deloitte Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program. In March 2024, Isha will be a participant in the Women's Leadership Series at Oliver Wyman, selected from over 1000 applicants to engage in leadership development. As President of the Advertising and Marketing Association at the University of Virginia, Isha leads a club with over 120 members, overseeing executive meetings and competitions. Additional roles include Programming Chair at 180 Degrees Consulting and Treasurer/Fundraising Chair for Sharaara, a Bollywood Fusion dance team. Prior experience includes a Management Consulting externship at Curtis&Co and a Marketing internship at MPOC Marketing, as well as a Finance and Accounting internship at the World Cocoa Foundation, where Isha contributed to budgeting and cash management efforts. Isha is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce at UVA's McIntire School of Commerce.
